Dealer is Dead – Terms
Last updated: October 11, 2026
The game
Dealer is Dead is a free card game, provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time, and we're not liable for lost progress or any other loss from using it.
Ages 18 and up, no real money needed
For players 18+. For entertainment only. No real money is needed to play, and nothing you win in the game can be cashed out, traded or redeemed for real value. Prizes, items and upgrades exist only inside the game: they have no cash value and can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money or anything of value.
If play stops being fun, Menu › Play safe has session reminders, time and match limits, and self-exclusion. In the US you can call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) for free, confidential help.
Acceptable use
